No. You share a WhatsApp chat, screenshot a DM, paste the text or talk it through to Ordy. Nothing is read unless you hand it over.

Do I have to change how I talk to customers?

No. Keep chatting where you already do. Any reply Ordy writes opens in your own app, ready for you to send.

Does Ordely take a cut of my payments?

No. Ordely's fee is 0%. Customers pay into your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its own processing fees.
